Please note that the products within the Saturn E-book Store’s include Master Resell Rights whereby the terms and conditions need to be honored at ALL times, as a condition of any sale from us. There are also Purchase Ts&Cs which you need to abide by also. 

Please note that our stores are duplicate template stores (unless stated otherwise) so will be sold to you in a non-exclusive capacity.

• You Can offer (sell) the mentioned ebook/product(s) for use on your attributed store only
• You Can give the ebook/product(s) away for FREE to influencers ONLY to aid in marketing efforts.
• You Can choose the price of the ebook/product(s) to sell to customers
• You Can edit the ebook/product(s) – with the additional working files bonus bought after you add a store to cart
• You Can add extra products to ebook/product(s) to make a bundle

YOU CAN NOT

• You Can Not give the ebook/product(s) away for free to customers
• You Can Not give the ebook/product(s) away on other platforms including blogs
• You Can Not sell the ebook/product(s) on any other marketplace or store including, but not limited to, Amazon, eBay, Etsy and Google Play.
• You Can Not Print off the ebook/product(s) and sell hard-copies as the licence for the images used in it’s creation does not allow it.  

FURTHER INFORMATION

• You must keep the license to verify yourself as an official licensee. You must be able to show the license on demand. 
• You may not market the product in any immoral, illegal or unethical way. 
• Any violation of this license will be subject to revoking this agreement and
  potential legal action may ensue. 
• Strictly, due to the nature of selling digital products, there can’t be any refunds of websites and all assets involved due to the possibility of copying, selling and the transferring of files to other parties.
• Many ebooks have not been written by The Saturn Team, rather by a a topic specialist / researcher where the re-sell rights of the e-book have been bought. Startup Streams has however designed the e-book to create a beautiful looking e-book and matching website for your customers to purchase, but the content may be available elsewhere online as the re-sell rights are non exclusive to us. 
• You are not needed to pay royalties in selling these e-book/product(s).

NO LIABILITY

Under no circumstances will the product creator, programmer or any of the distributors of this product, or any distributors, be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or other consequential damages arising directly or indirectly from the use of this product. This product is provided “as is” and without warranties.

You can host the website on any hosting that allows wordpress to be downloaded so it is completely your choice/preference on which hosting provider you like. 

After you purchase your hosting package from any provider (we highly recommend Siteground) we can point the domain name servers to your hosting servers and your site will be successfully up!

You can not transfer a new domain anywhere else until after 60 days of its creation so you may need to wait before transferring a domain anywhere else, but of course it can be done..
